Italian Edoardo Molinari wins Dunolp Phoenix

MIYAZAKI, Japan - In a nail biter playoff on Sunday Italain Molinari beat the Swede Robert Karlson at Dunolp Phoenix 2010 Golf tournament event in Japan. The Italian won $2.2 million and comment afterwards;"I played well today but Robert did too. We pulled away from the rest of the field and had a good battle in the playoff which I was happy to win.

"Molinari in the final round with a one-stroke lead over the Swedish veteran, shot a 66 on Sunday while Karlsson played a 65.On the last playoff hole the Swede Karlson missed a birdie attempt. Molinari had no problem sinking the ball to win the 2010 Dunolp Phoenix and take home the $2.2 million purse.
